Payments / Refunds
All payments must be received within 48 hours of placing orders.
For orders made on the last day of pre-order, pls transfer payment within 24 hours to avoid delays to the rest of the orders. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
We reserve the rights to refuse/cancel any orders at our sole discretion.Refunds will only be made for out of stock items and only when the pre-orders have arrived in Singapore. ( So that we can confirm it really is not available )
Bags Diva reserves the right to cancel pre-orders for any particular month if response is below expected target amount. All refunds will be made promptly at the close of pre-orders for any cancellations made by BB Diva.
Shipping time
All orders will be processed immediately at the closing date of the sprees as indicated.It will take approximately 2-3 weeks for the items to reach Singapore from Korea. We are giving a time period of up to 3 weeks in case there are back order items / OOS items. We appreciate your patience and be assured that you will be updated of the progress of your pre-orders regularly.
Custom Pre Orders
Koreabags will be able to take orders for items that are not featured here. All custom pre-orders' terms & conditions to follow as above.
Pls note that we need a minimum purchase of $50 for all custom orders. If you are adding on to items you have already ordered at the blog, no minimum is required.
Bulk / Group Purchase
For bulk purchase of amounts above $400, pls email us with your enquiries. We are also able to cater to special group orders (eg.colleagues grouping together for regular purchases/student groups) for purchases above $400.
Bulk/group purchases do not have to follow stipulated pre-order dates on the blog and special discounts may apply. Pls email us at bagsdiva@live.com.sg for more details

We will not liable for any damaged / lost goods during shipment from Korea to Singapore. We will not be liable for any damaged/lost goods in Singapore via local postage.
However, please be assured that all our shipments from Korea to Singapore will be provided with a tracking number and all products will be checked in Korea for defects before being shipped out and again in Singapore before we mail them out to you.
